Category Guidance

Accepted-paper authors

  • Use full registration: each accepted paper needs at least one full registration.
  • Deadline passed: the published author and presenter registration deadline closed on May 3, 2026.
  • Present at the conference: a paper may be excluded from IEEE Xplore if it is not presented.

Members and students

  • Prepare proof: upload a valid member card, student card, or equivalent evidence during registration.
  • Check your category carefully: member and student discounts depend on valid proof.
  • Keep a copy: retain the uploaded file and payment confirmation for follow-up if needed.

Participants without a paper

  • Use participant / accompanying category: this is the no-presentation option.
  • Plan attendance from the current program: use the schedule and venue pages to prepare for the conference week.
  • Use the same portal: any remaining payment action still goes through the official ECTI registration system.
