Research Focus
His research centers on heterogeneous catalysis for clean-energy and emissions-control applications: selective CO oxidation over platinum/alumina catalysts for fuel-cell applications, and the preparation and characterization of precious-metal and bimetallic catalysts (Ag–Pd/TiO2, Pt–Co, Pt–Pd) using electroless deposition techniques for hydrogenation and electrocatalytic reactions. He was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the University of South Carolina.
