Research Focus

Asst. Prof. Ekkachai Sutheerasak’s research is in internal combustion engines, focused on alternative fuels and emissions reduction. His recent work examines strategies such as oxyhydrogen addition combined with exhaust-gas recirculation to reduce emissions from CRDI diesel engines, and biobutanol-water blends as an alternative fuel for spark-ignition engines, alongside earlier work on high-speed diesel engines run on palm-oil-ester/ethanol blends.
