Research Focus

His documented research centers on electron-microscopy-based characterization of metal alloys, exemplified by published high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy (ADF-STEM) analysis of precipitate structures in cast aluminium alloys — work situating him within the materials-characterization side of advanced materials engineering.
