Research Focus
His work is centered on wastewater treatment engineering: Integrated Fixed Film Activated Sludge (IFAS) processes and the effects of cations on biofilm formation, mathematical modeling of activated sludge systems, advanced oxidation processes, and analytical methods for wastewater quality monitoring, including smartphone-based colorimetric sensing.
