Research Focus

Her work in geotechnical engineering (วิศวกรรมปฐพี) ranges from fundamental soil mechanics to applied foundation design for eastern Thailand’s infrastructure. Together with departmental colleagues, she has helped characterize local bedrock conditions and develop design guidance for rock-socketed bored piles — deep foundations anchored into rock rather than soil — bringing academic soil-mechanics research to bear on real regional construction challenges.
